This was written for the early_theory fic exchange. for annie00732, who requested Viggo and Orlando slept together during Rings but never actually dated. Now that Rings is over, one of them realizes that they want to be together. Can be told from anyone's point of view.

Orlando had started to cry without realizing it. It couldn’t be. He wasn’t able to see in the darkness but the images of the sterile room in the hospital were still vivid. The voices around him grew louder, ringing in his ears.
