Title: It Won't Be Long
Summary: A phone conversation between Viggo and Orlando. Implied Viggo/Orlando. Based on Josh Groban's 'February Song'
Pairing: Viggo/Orlando
Rating: PG
Warnings: Almost entirely dialog, and just a tad angsty.
Disclaimer: Oh yeah I really tap into people's phone conversations, when I can barely figure out how to work MY phone. *note the sarcasm*
A/N Bolded text indicates Viggo's thoughts, Underlined and Bolded text indicates Orlando's thoughts.

Please answer the phone. Please.
"Hello?"
"Viggo?"
"Orlando?"
"Yeah...hi."
"How'd you get this cell number, only...oh Henry?"
"Yeah. How's uhmm. How's the ranch, horses are good right?"
"Yeah, everything's good up here, cold. It was around twenty degrees last night, snowed about six inches. Are you in London, I think Dom was saying something about that to me earlier."
Cut the small talk Orlando.
"Ahm. No actually, I'm supposed to be but I didn't get on the plane. Robin's probably throwing a shit fit right now."
"Why didn't you get on the plane? Where are you?"
"At an airport. Vig?"
Please, listen to me.
"Hmm?"
"Have I really changed since New Zealand?"
"Everyone has not just-who said that?"
"No one really, but I know that's what they're all thinking."
"Who?"
Tell me I can help you.
"My family, friends. I think-I don't even know what I think right now. I just, I can't find him any more. I fell like he's gone. I don't remember who he was."
I'm lost inside myself."
"I see."
"Are you disappointed in me?"
"Orlando, I could never be, I love you. You hear me? I love you no matter what you do."
Always and forever, to whereever it may lead.
"It's just so hard. I keep failing over and over again. Sometimes it feels like I'm slipping away from everything, everyone and I can't stop it. It was so much easier, back then..."
"I know. No paparazzi. No gossip magazines. No prying eyes. Just us. Did you, do you ever think what might have happened had we continued to see each other?"
"I did. That's why I didn't get on the plane. Viggo. I'm at the City Airport. I want to try."
Come get me. Please take me home. Make me remember you, me, us.
"...I'll be there. Stay on the cell with me Orlando, please. I can't wait to see you. You aren't shitting me right? You really are at the airport?"
"Yes, Henry made me promise 'no shitting' his father otherwise all six feet four inches and three hundred pounds of him was coming after my skinny ass."
Orlando never giggles. Orli does though.
"I love you Orli."
"I love you too Vig, now hurry up its bloody cold in here, apparently Idaho airports don't belive in heaters."
I love him.

Speaking and thinking works so well . . . what a lovely (and joyous in the end!) conversation.

Thanks for sharing!
