Pairing: Viggo/Orlando (eventually)
Rating: NC-17
Warnings/Genre: AU, crime/suspense
Summary: Two detectives who can't stand another are assigned the case of preventing the planned theft of The Heart of Isis. Finding the thief isn't the least of their concerns…
Disclaimer: This story is purely fictitious. Names and appearances of living persons are only borrowed. Real institutions used in this story are used for convenience, and not portrayed 100% correctly. In short, I made all of this up!
Feedback: Yes, please!
Betas: the wonderful
tularia and
liriel1810 *hugs you two*
Notes: Most of this was written during November for NaNoWriMo, but as the story wasn't finished then, I am in the process of writing the end now. At the moment, there are 32 chapters that, with a weekly posting schedule, will give me more than enough time to get this done before I'm through with posting those.
Many thanks to my first readers whose suggestions and comments not only encouraged me to write, write, write, but who also helped me a lot in finding the weak spots and fixing them in the rewrite. I couldn't have done this without you lot. *cuddles*
