Squeak Thank you for everything. You were the one helping Waking Nightmare out of the cupboard and finally brought me back to my passion: writing. Thank you for your encouragement. You make me go on, honestly *hug* I wouldn’t know what to do without you.

“Melleth this is the ring of your ancestors, I can not take it.”
“You can because I give it to you to seal our allegiance. You belong to me and I belong to you.”
Their lips melted in another kiss until the sound of a horn interrupted them. Their eyes stayed locked for some seconds, before they went out of the room, hand in hand approaching the upcoming war and facing their destiny.
Another year had passed and now they stood here. It was Christmas Eve again. Aragorn still couldn’t believe it. They had survived the war and married just like he had promised Legolas. Aragorn considered himself the luckiest man in middle-earth. The only thing darkening his happiness was that Legolas was not created to live in a place like Minas Tirith. He was a wood-elf and although he refused to admit it, Aragorn knew that the lack of nature got his beloved down. And this was exactly why they were here tonight.
