Overall summary: Viggo and Orlando enjoy the so-called perfectly loving, dedicated relationship. But a fateful hiking trip into King’s Canyon’s mountain wilderness leads to a dangerous discovery which changes everything. And not for the better.
Chapter 9 Summary: A stressed Orlando deals with his life’s sudden mayhem, including an overbearing medic. Viggo hopes his ugly stunt has the desired effect. This is a “bridge” chapter, not an action packed epic. A necessary evil.
