It starts slow.
Deep and low tunes seem to drift from nowhere.
They soon form a melancholy melody that fills the air with its thick atmosphere.
It lingers in one corner and then changes its direction floating softly across the room.
The melody sounds bitter but at the same time longing, heartbroken…
It starts to bleed, but the droplets turns silver before they hit the ground, covering the bodies lying on the bed in a silvery glow which vanishes almost immediately, turning into a soft sensation of tranquillity.
A hand rises to stroke a cheek.
A sigh.
A sob.
A tear.
Another.
An arm rises to allow the other body to crawl closer, to snuggle.
Soothing strokes along the back.
A change in the melody.
The bitterness disappears, the melancholy turns into hope, the longing fades away needless.
The tunes rise, gaining height, starting to glow.
A hum starts to drift from the other body, soft, quiet.
A smile curves on the lips of the other.
The tears subside.
Simultaneous words join the music, forming a chant that echoes in every corner of the room:
I love You.
The unsung melody transforms into a song that hovers above their lives forever.
