The book is priced at $18.25 USD. The profit on each book is $2.49 and all profits will be donated to MSF/DWB. If you do not have Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, the four types of payment available at CafePress, it's planned that there will be an alternative system in place within the next couple of days for you to avail of.

For those of us that can't buy it, will any of this ever (in a few months or year) be available online in some sort of way even if it's just for a few days or weeks? I'd love to buy it but I really just can't. There's just no way around it for me, and it's so much great stuff to be missing out on. :(
