Sorry there's no fic today, but I'm in search of the website/photographer where I found the pic that helped inspire the story I will be posting tomorrow. I'd hate to not give credit. Found it around '03 while looking at googled pics of Orlando but now I don't see it and believe me, I've been looking. There is a massive amount of OB pics online!

Description: Black and white, slightly out of focus. OB is looking straight into the lens, his hair obviously a bit long but possibly pulled back loosley. Looks like he's wearing a bandana around his neck or maybe a patterened shirt, not sure. He has the shadow of a goatee, as if he's just growing it in. He looks both sad and not. I have it in a Word doc and can't paste it here and I'm not computer savvy enough to figure out how to change that.

I give Viggo credit for the pic in the story, but I don't think it is his. Now to figure out how to make that pic something I can post! Grr...

Teaser for tomorrow's fic...

It hadn’t been a good day, Viggo remembered, the tip of his index finger lightly tracing the cool, flat surface of the photo. He’d retreated into his studio after reading a review of his latest book, wanting to lick his wounds in privacy. He hated it when he couldn’t smile through the pain, couldn’t relegate the scathing words to a little box in his mind and lock it forever. Hated it when it mattered. It wasn’t always easy to say to himself that some people simply did not see the world with the same eyes or felt the need to highlight the insignificant moments of life. That they couldn’t read his words and relate.

Try right clicking on the pic....then "save as" that should at least copy the pic to your photos...i think..

Can you make a web preview of the Word document within your web browser? You should be able to save the pic then.

Copy the pic, then minimize your Word doc and paste (Paste Shortcut) it on your desktop. It'll tell you that you need to save the pic to do that, which is exactly what you want to do anyway. Click yes and it'll ask you where to save it. Put it somewhere you'll find it and that's about it :)

I can upload it for you to my photobucket account and give you the link, if you'd like too... Send it to me via email to zee113 at gmail dot com (that is, if you still need my help).

Sorry for not fb-ing before :-S Let me just say that your fics gave me many stolen moments of enjoyment at work... Didn't dare to comment though... :)<>

You will need to upload the picture somewhere. There are free image hosting sites like www.photobucket.com where you easily and for free can create an account and upload any pic you want to post somewhere.

To post an image within your story, you need to code it like this:

<img src="url">

Replace url by the actual url of your image, which will be something like http://www.....jpg
