plot bunny

Hi everyone, I hope this allowed, if not I'll delete the post. It's a plot bunny that's been going around in my head for a few weeks but since I'm in the middle of finals for university I simply don't have time asnd I promise I'll make a pretty banner if anyone takes this bunny up!

The basic idea is this: Helen of Troy was supposed to have driven men to madness with her beauty, and we all know that it lead to the destruction of Troy. So for all us slashers, I'd love to read a "Orlando of Troy" version quite simply. Orlando replaces Helen as the world's most beautfiul person,. I'd love a story which shows the depths men would go to, to possess or have Orlando for themselves. The story can be set in Greeican times or in the present, the timeline is up to you. I'm essentially a Vigorli girl but I can sometimes be persuaded with other pairings. There are lots of ways you could play this plot, is Orlando married (but please no het relationships, they squick me!) if so was it an arranged marriage, is Orlando merely a pretty orieniment to his husband? Perhaps he and his husband (which could be the *real* pairing) are completly in love with each other when Orlando is kidnapped and hsi kdnapper belives he can 'earn' Orlando's love, or maybe Orli agrees to run away with his new lover from his loveless or abusive marriage or maybe the kidnapper is simply obessed with Orlando and doesn't love Orlando at all? I'm leaving things very open. The only thing I *would* ask is to have an esemble cast, whether it's the Fellowship or Eric or Colin Farrell who join in I think this story needs some of our favorite boys in it - also it'd be nice to see some of the girls as well (Liv, Miranda, Keira etc)
