I'm not much of a fiction writer meself, but this one just popped into my mind.

Orlando had many names for Viggo: ‘filthy human’ when he banged the trailer door, covered in layers of dirt, dragging that bloody sword; ‘smelly human’ when he crawled into bed at six in the morning after Helms Deep, soaked and stinking; ‘old man’ when he strolled lazily along the soft New Zealand sand; and the usual smattering of ‘love’ and ‘baby’ while he thrust steadily into Viggo’s writhing form beneath him.
Orlando had only one for Viggo’s cock: ‘Old Faithful’. And as his tongue slipped out to lick the pearl at its tip, he smiled to himself. Welcome to Yellowstone.
