This fic was the result of a challenge from a colleague on a very boring afternoon after a hardware meltdown at work.  She gave me two words, pineapple and canoe and the name Barney and challenged me to write a fic involving all three.  Some of you know I never do challanges so that tells you how bored I was.  Anyway this is the result!
