Summary: Nearly two years have passed and things have changed as Orlando, Viggo and Zeki try for a normal life outside the Kingdom. But back home a different evil has surfaced, setting into motion a deadly chain of events that will force them into a quest they could never have forseen in their darkest dreams. They once tried to leave their old home behind... now they may be the only power that can save it.

Chapter 11 Summary: The torn-asunder lovers examine life from their dramatically different perspectives. After too much wine, Orlando examines his life, and despair nearly conquers his soul. On the contrary, Viggo feels wonderful. After all, life with Vincent is a completely new, dangerous adventure.
