It's probably not of much interest to any of you since everyone gathered here knows the sacred texts anyway, but I couldn't keep myself from writing an introduction post into Viggorli fanfiction for AO3's "International Fanworks Day". (And I had so much fun doing it!) If you'd like to have a look at my take on things, the post is here.

I've probably missed a few major things, but I tried to put in something for every taste and interest. Still, hunting down fic always makes me sad as well. So many things are lost to all of us or are not available to the random new fan since it's all on flocked Livejournals. What a pity :(

So much of fandom is harder to access now. You might want to copy your fanifesto here on DW. On Tumblr it would appear for a while and then blink out. :/

I just might post that on AO3 or Squidge. I had only thought about DW and had discarded the idea because I use my journal exclusively as a fanfic backup. But diversifying writing is always a good idea!
