tularia (prompt: surprise) and for

idlesloth (prompt: flannel). It was meant to be in two parts but I couldn't decide where best to split it so I decided to post them as one.

Summary of what has gone before:
In previous chapters: Viggo has shown Orlando that he has the ability to step between timelines which cross rather like string wound around a ball, overlapping and creating intersections. Viggo has done it many times and Orlando has just experienced it consciously for the first time. There a mutual, but so far unexplored, attraction between them.
